Seema P. Mack, President & CEO
In her role as CEO and President of KidsVax, Seema is passionate about helping drive positive outcomes through communication, education, and collaboration. Prior to joining KidsVax, Seema was an executive at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 multinational professional services company that specializes in information technology services and consulting. Throughout her 20-year career with Accenture, Seema worked across multiple industries driving transformational change. She managed global teams to help her clients maximize the potential of their workforce and unlock value to drive growth.
Seema earned her BS in Communications from Miami University.
She and her husband, Randy, have two daughters.
Everett J. Lamm, MD, FAAP, Vice President, Chief Medical Officer
In his role as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of KidsVax, Everett advocates for equitable and sustainable healthcare by advancing non-profit, governmental, and public-private initiatives that support vital public health programs. Dr. Lamm is a pediatrician who spent 15 years practicing in New Hampshire before cultivating extensive growth and implementing operational efficiencies at federally qualified health centers in New England. He received a B.A., in International Relations, from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his post-baccalaureate premedical studies at Harvard University, prior to attending the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completing his residency in pediatrics at Vermont Children’s Hospital. He is proud to have been named repeatedly as a “Top Doctor in Pediatrics” by New Hampshire Magazine and a “Childhood Immunization Champion” by the Centers for Disease Control. He thoroughly enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters, hiking, biking, soccer and serving his community.
Megan Conrad, Controller
Megan earned a B.S. in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She worked in public accounting for 15 years prior to joining the KidsVax team. During that time, she worked with a broad range of businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals. She resides in southern New Hampshire, and is the proud mother of four sons.
Heather Veen, Executive Assistant/Paralegal
Heather holds an A.A. in Legal Assistant studies from Shasta College in California. She has extensive legal assistant experience working with state, federal, supreme, and appellate courts in various aspects of law. She was a Board member of the Oak Run Union School District Board of Trustees, and was Vice President of the Redding Legal Professionals Association in California. Heather and her husband recently moved to the Lakes Region in New Hampshire from Northern California.
Fred L. Potter, Founding Member
Fred is the founding director of the New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Alaska, and Washington Vaccine Associations, and also senior counsel at Sulloway & Hollis, a law practice based in Concord, New Hampshire. Between 2000 and 2007 he helped launch and ran the New Hampshire Health Plan, which provides the only available health insurance for the state’s medically uninsurable residents.
